Returns Policy

Cancellation and Returns


- You can cancel your contract up to 14 days after delivery. Email is required for cancellation; reasons are optional but helpful.
- In-ear/canal headphones are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.
- Products with completed firmware updates cannot be returned, even within the cooling-off period. Warranty still applies if the update is manufacturer-supplied.
- Return costs are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed (maximum return refund: £10 if due to product fault).
- Items must be returned in the same condition; poor packaging or neglect may void the refund.
- We are not liable for any loss during the return or warranty process; use a secure courier service.
- This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

- If goods are faulty, contact us. We will address the issue in accordance with your legal rights.
